Helping men fight depression

The Men’s Depression and Suicide Network along with the Movember Foundation and the University of British Columbia have partnered to launch a new website to help men manage and fight depression.

Headsupguys.com is a Canada-wide initiative reaching out to the almost 1 million men dealing with depression. The website features personal stories of hope and presents information about next steps in an accessible and casual way. In a few clicks, users can find out about symptoms, risk factors and triggers. There is also a self-help screening tool and resources for people to reach out in a crisis.
