1. Determine whether there has been interference with the duties and responsibilities of the heads of the Department of Architecture;
2. Determine whether there has been interference with the research activities of faculty;
3. Determine whether there have been restrictions of academic freedom;
4. Determine whether there has been interference with the functioning of committees;
5. Consider other issues that may arise in the course of its investigation;
6. Make any appropriate recommendations.
