I am writing to add a brief footnote to the account of the settlement reached in Mary Warner's 11-year battle with Brock University (Bulletin, December).

The article mentions Mrs. Warner's profound indebtedness to Professor Bruce Feldthusen of the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario, her lawyer since 1993 and initiator of the Mary Warner Prize at Western Ontario. It does not, however, include any mention of Charles Campbell, her lawyer in the successful libel suit against former Brock president Alan Earp and legal advisor to the end. I know that Mrs. Warner would like this unfortunate omission rectified.
